While the next couple of months are the busiest time of year on the real estate calendar, let's take a look back at some of the marketing and advertising that YOUR network has received over the last few months. With national coverage, in the regional markets, on WIN television and metro coverage on the NINE radio network, as well as a national campaign on digital; we have covered all corners of Australia with an outstanding 2024 marketing, advertising and PR schedule. Our "Key to Happiness" campaign was developed to continue to grow the First National brand across Australia. The campaign highlights the relationship between First National Real Estate and their clients; emphasising that no matter what stage you are in, on your real estate journey, we are here to help.
In addition to our regular radio spots, some of our own First National Real Estate agents feature on 'Talking Real Estate' segments each week to provide local market updates. The agents are featured on 2GB Sydney, 4BC Brisbane, and 6PR Perth.

Throughout 2024, your National Support Office have been running blog advertisements across Facebook and Instagram. Using a mix of lifestyle and real estate focused content, we are putting the First National Real Estate brand in front of people, positioning our network as not only an industry leader, but also a network that understands the lifestyles of our consumers.
Since the start of the year, our blog ads have generated upwards of 2,566,881 impressions.

A quirky abandoned mansion in Melbourne’s outer southeast - described as a zombie apocalypse film’s ideal location - is on the market with a $1.1m-$1.21m price guide through Mick Dolphin of First National Real Estate Ranges (Belgrave, Vic).
The four-level, brown brick mansion at Cockatoo, features a turret-style external staircase, three balconies, wide hallways and walls about 30cm thick.
