3/4 News

3/4's are being immersed into the cultures of the First Peoples of Australia and learning about the longevity of their cultures. Students are becoming curious learners by using materials to create a visual representation of the difference between how long the First Peoples of Australia have inhabited Australia (65,000 years) compared to Europeans (230 years).  This week we also acknowledged 'Sorry Day'  and unpacked the importance of Kevin Rudd's apology speech along with the affects on the community.
