SUNSMART

Staff need to apply sunscreen to students and ensure students have a hat when they play outside. This also includes any outside break time during a work session. We do announce an inside lunch/recess break when the UV reaches 10, or the weather is extreme.

SSGs

Teachers need to send home 2 copies of the SSG minutes to parents, and explain in the students' diaries that parents need to sign one copy and return it. The other copy is for parents to keep. Teachers also need to upload the signed copy to SharePoint under the students files.

Classroom to do list:

• Norms and Protocols- complete and email PSSL 
• Create a Maintenance Program - (Teachers)
• Displan- upload to SharePoint 
• Excursion Planner- due end of Week 5. Upload to SharePoint 
• Tier 1 checklist (Can be completed during a CTM)
• Create a Visual Timetable and send home
• Update your green Classroom Operations Folder 

I have been keeping track of how teams are going with these tasks. Well done to those teams working together to complete these tasks promptly.

Seesaw

The minimum requirement to upload pictures to parents/carers is one photo per student per week. Please make sure you are uploading photoes to parents. Families love to recieve and share these photos together.

Assembly

Please see the roster for Assembly. The email sent to all Primary Staff  on Monday included the Student of the Week template and the PowerPoint.
