Wellbeing Team

Proactively responding the mental health needs of our students

Meet the Wellbeing Team

The Wellbeing team work collaboratively within the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) to ensure that supports are provided for students and families across all tiers. We also work in collaboration with classroom teachers, ESS and all levels of leadership to ensure all students wellbeing needs are being met.

The Wellbeing Team work on a referral basis.

If you have any concerns about a student, please make a wellbeing note on Xuno.  Your sub-school leader and other members of leadership will be notified of this.

You will then collaborate with your sub-school leader before a referral is made.

Developing Your Own Self Care Plan

During the term 4 Professional Practice Day, the Wellbeing Team supported the ESS to develop their own Self Care Plan.

Self Care is important and Compassionate Burnout is real!

You may find the you already have strategies in place to suport your own self care however when times are stressful, self care seems to slip away.

A self-care plan is something that you can use personally, with real and easy tasks that can be implemented throughout your everyday.

It is something that you can have up on a wall and visible for you each day regularly reviewing what works best for you.

To create your own self care plan, please use the button or QR code below.

The link provides information about different componants of self care and when you scroll to the bottom of the webpage, you can download a copy of the template.
