| Tuesday 10th | Statewide Transition Day Foundation 2025 Parent information session. 9:30am-10:30am. (All parents are encouraged to come into the staff room for a cup of tea, sweet treat while we share some ‘starting school’ information) Directwear uniform pop-up shop in stadium foyer. 12:30pm-2:30pm (Cash and Eftpos available on the day). |

| Friday 13th | Year 6 Graduation end of year celebration with dancing, karaoke and fun!(formal invite to follow) 4:00pm- 5:15pm |
| Tuesday 17th | Year 6 Graduation Ceremony 4:00pm - 6:00pm (formal invite to follow) |
| Wednesday 18th | Final Assembly. Last day of formal classes, final assembly for the year starting at 2.30pm – 3.20pm |
| Thursday 19th | School Council approved planning day 2025 (no classes for students – TheirCare available at Warrnambool PS, no alternative program available at WEPS) |
| Friday 20th | Staff planning day for 2025 - no formal classes (TheirCare available at Warrnambool PS) school closes at 2.20pm - please contact the office if you require alternative program. |

| Wednesday 29th | Numeracy Assessment Foundation to Grade 6 (2 hour sessions, bookings made via Compass) – please contact the office if you require alternative program |

| Friday 31st | All students return to school Foundation students attend 8:50am-1:00pm |

| Thursday 6th | School photos Foundation students stay at school all day. Foundation students start fulltime on Tuesday March 11th after the Labour Day public holiday. |
| Monday 24th | Welcome to 2025 Parent information session 5:00pm-6:30pm. All parents/carers welcome. |
