Human Powered Racing

The MPS Racing Team has had an incredibly successful year in 2024. From our first race out at Calder Park, to the finish in Maryborough last month. 

The team have worked together over the year to learn how to alter and maintain the trikes, learn the engineering side of our trikes, understand racing rules and regulations, learn the safety components of the trikes, trial and race against other schools and present their findings and learnings to judges at Maryborough!

Our students learnt to work together, support each other through long days at the track and have an incredible amount of fun together. We are so proud of the achievements the students made on the track, but more so the comradery and support they showed to each other throughout the whole year. They worked incredibly hard and we cannot wait to see what they achieve next year.

Thank you to the PA as well, for the assistance in purchasing our MPS Racing Trailer. Transporting trikes, tools, tyres, spare parts, tents and more has become seamless due to having our trailer and it is all thanks to you!

Last but not least, thank you to our incredible MPS Racing Parents. We could not have done it without you. Your commitment and dedication to not only helping your child, but assisting our program however you can is so appreciated.
