College Reception Closure - 7 February 2025

College Reception will be closed on the morning of Friday 7 February from 8:35 AM and will re-open at approximately 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM, following the College's Opening Mass.

2025 Tuition Fees Update

We are pleased to inform parents/carers that statements of accounts for the 2025 tuition fees have now been issued via email. Any additional ad hoc charges will be invoiced separately and added to your account. The email includes a letter introducing the new direct debit payment platform via TASS Parent Lounge (the preferred payment method), along with instructions and screenshots to assist you in the process. The letter outlines the benefits of the new direct debit system. 

 

St Patrick’s College partnered with School EasyPay in the introduction of the new and improved solution for the payment of school fees by direct debit within TASS Parent Lounge. This new secure payment platform provides increased flexibility by allowing families to manage and track their school payments throughout the year from within TASS Parent Lounge.

 

Parents now have the option to set up payment plans on a fortnightly, monthly, or termly basis.  Payment method is via Debit/Credit card or Bank account.

 

- Debit/Credit cards will incur a payment processing fee charged by School EasyPay as follows:

  • Visa/Mastercard – Standard: 1.28%

  • Visa/Mastercard – Premium/Corporate Cards: 1.78%

  • American Express – 1.78%

  • Above rates apply only to Payment Schedules.

- No payment processing fee will be charged to payment schedules set up via bank account.

 

A capital levy of $750 per annum has been applied to each family account to support the ongoing improvements to college buildings. All contributions received towards this Building Fund are tax deductible.
