P-2 Community Update

Prep: Meeting our Year 6 buddies

Last week, our prep students met their Year 6 buddies. After a shy start, it was wonderful to see them smiling and getting to know each other over a picnic lunch. We will continue to do different activities with our buddies throughout the year.

Year 1/2 Learning to Swim Program

Over the past four days, 117 excited students have absolutely loved being a part of our 2025 ‘Learning to Swim’ program. We could not have asked for better weather! Well in fact, the weather was so hot we were provided buses to shuttle us to and from the venue. This year, we returned to the Kyabram Pool and enjoyed learning to enter the pool safely, float, and improve our freestyle stroke. I am sure you will have noticed your children were a little extra tired this week! Next week will see our Prep students take part in the program. Thanks to our amazing parent helpers and all the wonderful staff at the Kyabram Pool for their patience, organisation and engaging lessons.
