Swimming Carnival

Swimming Carnival

What an incredible day at Glen Innes High School’s swimming carnival yesterday! The atmosphere at the local swim centre was full of energy and positivity, with both staff and students playing a vital role in making the event a success. A special thank you to the local council and the Redfins Swimming Club for their significant contributions, which were key to the day’s success.

Congratulations to our senior students, who were instrumental in driving the carnival’s success and motivating our participants. The pool grounds were beautifully decorated with vibrant themes such as Hawaiian Party, Surfs Up, Dance Party, and Shark Attack, which added to the festive atmosphere and created the fun, positive vibe that made the day so memorable.

The day flowed seamlessly, and we were treated to some truly spectacular performances in the water, with many records broken. A huge shout out to everyone who stepped up, including those who may not be as familiar with all four swimming strokes, for their amazing participation.

A fantastic day all around! Well done to everyone involved, and a heartfelt thank you from me to everyone who helped make the 2025 carnival a huge success!
