Welcome back to another exciting year at BHCS! I hope you all had a restful and refreshing break, and are coping with the Aussie summer in Melbourne!

Our teachers have been planning and preparing engaging lessons for students, and are excited to teach. I want to encourage all our students to do their best, ask questions and get involved in school activities, excursions, camps, extracurricular opportunities, and lessons.

As always, we value our partnership with families and want to encourage parents to continue to be involved with their childs learning. Thank you for your ongoing support—we look forward to another year of learning, growth, and community together!

As we step into 2025, I'm filled with excitement and hope for the wonderful journey ahead! I trust you and your loved ones are settling comfortably into our school's vibrant rhythm and embracing the fresh opportunities this new year brings.

This year promises to be truly special. Our dedicated team of passionate educators is committed to creating an enriching, supportive environment where every student can thrive.  We welcome back two staff who were away in 2024, Mrs Danielle Harberger and Mr Timothy Sugumar.  We also warmly welcome Simon Chamberlain, Grace Read, Zack Grace, Sherene Dickson, Chloe Krivan and Claire Wan to our teaching community as ongoing staff members.

All bring exceptional skills and a genuine care and commitment to supporting our students' growth.

I continue to oversee student Learning Support and Wellbeing at BHCS and look forward to engaging with you and your children throughout this year.
