Softball GALA Day

Congratulations to both our Junior and Intermediate teams for their fantastic efforts at the SCS Softball Gala Day!

Our Intermediate team put their experience from last year's event to excellent use, securing an impressive second place finish against Clancy Catholic College. Their teamwork and determination truly shone on the field.

The Junior girls had an exciting day, playing a total of five games. Although none of them had previous experience, they learned quickly, showed great spirit, and gained valuable experience throughout the day.

Well done to both teams for representing SCS with pride and skill!

Hockey GALA Day

Report from Ella Godward (Coach)

Throughout the 5 Games the girls showed exceptional skills and movement on and off the ball, despite never playing together in a game structure. The girls worked extremely well as a team. The girls worked really hard especially with no substitutes. Their defence was solid as no goals were scored against them. They worked so hard down to the last minute and secured a well deserved victory in the grand final.

Report from BCR2 Team

A big well done to the Brigidine B team for their outstanding determination and efforts throughout the day! The team showed remarkable growth, with standout defensive efforts from Charlotte Withycombe, Skylar Stafford, and Lucinda Miranda. Up front, Millie Montanari and Martiya Karagiannis demonstrated terrific skill, making a strong impact in attack. Fantastic effort all around!
