Important Reminders

A reminder to all parents about making sure that all school items are clearly labelled with your child’s name. 

We are finding a large amount of student belongings on both playgrounds that have no names. This includes brand new hats and jackets. 

We ask that you remind your children to make sure they look after their belongings on the playground and ensure they keep their lunch boxes and drink bottles in their school bags after recess and lunch.

With the warmer weather coming in we are reminding all students to take their jumpers off before they go out onto the playground. 

School Fun Run

We are very excited to announce that we will be holding our very own Colour Fun Run in Term 4. This will be our major fundraiser for 2024.

We will officially launch the Colour Run at the beginning of Term 4. 

This will be an exciting opportunity for the students and will be lots of fun along the way. The culmination of this initiative will be our Colour Run Day later in the term. 

Many thanks to our Friends of Francis committee for their support in organising this event. 

More information regarding this wonderful event will follow. 

New School Building Opening and Blessing

We are preparing for our special day on Friday 20th September when we will gather as a school community to officially bless and open our new school building. All parents are warmly welcome to join us. Please RSVP to the office as soon as possible if you are joining us so we can confirm seating and catering for morning tea.

We will be welcoming many special guests from Sydney Catholic Schools head office, including Mr Peter Turner - Chief Executive Officer of SCS. 

All students are to be in full summer school uniform with neat and tidy hair.
