Sports Academy Excursion to Deakin University

Last Thursday, our Sports Academy students visited Deakin University for an exciting and inspiring day. They toured the Sports Science Department and took part in a range of fitness tests and activities, including the reaction board, vertical jump, and AFL agility test. The excursion aimed to show students the many pathways sport can lead to, both on and off the field. A big thank you to Greg for generously giving up his time to support the day.

AFL Play

Play AFL will be running Auskick-style sessions for different age groups at Koonung Reserve, starting on Tuesday, 5th November. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
