Hands on Learning Report 

We finished Term 3 with a BANG or should I say a 'splash' of colour as we helped prepare the incredible Colour Run event. We even got to participate! 

Hands on Learning has some great tasks and amazing events planned for Term 4. 

Cameron and Kara spent the first Friday back planning the rest of 2025 and it is going to be a combination of work and play. We have a big landscaping project coming up and helping out with some jobs around the school.  

On Friday 7th November we are going on an excursion to Little Hamptons Farm to help with planting and general farm work and then we get to make our own food fired pizza for lunch. This is followed by another excursion to Palace cinemas (I hear Zootopia 2 comes out the day before we go) to see a film and finally ending the term with our end of year celebration. This will be a wonderful afternoon/evening where we get to celebrate with our family and friends and some Woodmans Hill Secondary College staff. 

We will get to share some food we make and show off some of the work we have been doing around the school. 

Finally, in the coming weeks Cameron and Kara will be interviewing some students who have applied to join Hands on Learning for 2026. We are so excited to welcome some new students to our crew.
