Congratulations to our junior String Ensemble who performed beautifully at the Primary Awards Assembly at the St Marcellin Centre. The students performed Fire Eater by Stephen Chin. Thank you to Mrs Catherine Wasserman for her excellent ensemble direction and to Ms Melanie Stewart for accompanying the boys.

We are thrilled to announce that Maxwell James, a talented Year 12 student, has successfully gained entry into the prestigious Bachelor of Music program at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Griffith University.
Maxwell’s acceptance into the Jazz Guitar stream is a remarkable achievement, given the highly competitive nature of the audition process and the popularity of the course. To celebrate this milestone, we invite you to enjoy a video of Maxwell performing Nardis, composed by Miles Davis.
Congratulations Max! We can’t wait to see where your musical journey takes you next.
We’re proud to share that Joshua Davis (year 10), will be stepping into the spotlight this November as Seaweed J. Stubbs in the Queensland Musical Theatre’s production of Hairspray.
This vibrant, high-energy musical will run from 21–30 November 2025 at the Twelfth Night Theatre in Bowen Hills, Brisbane. With dazzling dance numbers, catchy tunes, and a powerful message of acceptance and equality, Hairspray promises to be a feel-good theatrical experience for all ages.
We wish Joshua all the best as he brings Seaweed to life on stage. Break a leg!
