From the Music Room

The year 3/4 students recently listened to portions of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons. They illustrated each season, whilst listening for specific things happening within the music. For example, the Summer storm, the peasants dancing after the harvest, the hunters, the slippery ice and then the warmth of the fireplace. Below are some illustrations that demonstrate what was heard by these students.

Year 1/2 students have had fun trying to cross the Lily pond by correctly clapping the rhythms they see.
