Visual Arts

Foundation students have continued learning about the Element of Art, line, creating line sculptures and line paintings. 

Year 1 students made these colourful jelly fish using wool and other fibres. They learnt to tie lark’s-head knots and decorated an underwater background on which they stuck their jellyfish. 

Year 3 and 4 students have been completing Peruvian inspired textile art, creating their own wall-hangings. They used fibers to create knots, tassels and Pom-poms.

Performing Arts

Year 1 and 2 students have been playing tuned percussion instruments and learning the melody to the song, Coming Home.
