Rubbish Rush🚮

Rubbish Rush is an initiative by the Green Team of ASPS.

Rubbish Rush is aiming to make sure students put the right rubbish in the right bins. By doing this, they make sure that the garbage that students throw, gets to the correct rubbish truck. If there is a single piece of rubbish that is in the wrong bin, it is contaminated and full of rubbish. The whole rubbish truck and its recycling materials will be sent to landfill (in case there is more contamination).

To make sure the rubbish goes into the right bins, there will be new signage stuck on the bins.

To make sure little children understand this, the Green Team will host incursions and workshops.

We encourage parents to have a conversation with their children about how they throw their rubbish.

We hope you can help respect and care for the environment by having a conversation with your children.
