ICT Acceptable Use Agreement

At the start of the year, families were sent the ICT Acceptable Use Agreement via Compass payment portal. This agreement needs to be signed to allow students to have access to the College Wi-Fi. We have extended the due date until the 20th May 2024, as there are many parents who are yet to complete this. Please take the time to read the agreement with your children, and make sure to sign the agreement. The agreement will need to be signed by both students and parents. If the agreement is not signed by the due date, continued access to the College's Wi-Fi will be restricted.

Absence Process

Attendance at school is important; however, we understand that, at times, your child will need to have time away from school. We kindly request if your child is unwell that you explain the absence on Compass and provide any relevant documentation, such as a medical certificate, to the appropriate administration office.

Uniform

A reminder that we now have our new uniform chronicle that will now notify parents when students are issued a uniform infringement. We have done this to improve communication with our families and are requesting your support. 

Year 10 Work Experience

A reminder to our families that all Year 10 students will be participating in the Work Experience Program next week May 13th-17th.  Students who do not secure a work experience placement will be required to attend a Career Development program at school. If you have any questions, please reach out to Ms Frances Galea. 

Year 12 Formal

We are very excited about the Year 12 Formal Celebration on Friday May 31st.

A friendly reminder that all ticket payments close by Thursday the 16th of May. Should you have any questions, please speak with Jacinta Kemp (Head of Year) or Thida Min in the Years 10-12 Administration Office.
