Kingston Swimming

Our swimming team headed out to Kingston Division Round of swimming on the 21st of March. 

We had a successful day out and would like to congratulate the overall winners Beaumaris on their victory.

We had some outstanding individual results on the day:

Amelie  3rd 200 freestyle

Anastasia  2nd 100m breaststroke, 2nd 50 breaststroke , 2nd 50 butterfly, 2nd 50 freestyle, 2nd 200 med

Nikolai  1st 100 breaststroke, 1st 50 breaststroke ,2nd 50 freestyle, 1st 50 backstroke, 2nd 200 med

Annellie  50m breaststroke

Poppy  50 fly, 3rd 50 freestyle

Ava  2nd 50 backstroke

16  boys 4 x 50 free medley relay 1st , Nikolai , Mason , Spencer , Sam 

We had two overall age champions

Basketball

This term our senior basketball boys have had a couple of training sessions and were coached on the Kingston Round Robin day by Cal Charge. Cal is a former student (2012) and was part of the winning state team that year. Since finishing at school he has forged a successful coaching career at NBL1 and WNBL levels and current runs basketball mentors. 

We look forward to developing a stronger connection with Cal and other community members over the coming year to help strengthen our sporting program.
