The Independent Sporting Association (ISA) Strategic Review

The Independent Sporting Association (ISA) sporting program has been a key feature of the NSW School Sport landscape for more than 30 years, providing students from member schools with invaluable opportunities for developmental sports participation in a healthy, competitive environment.

As part of our ongoing commitment to meet the evolving needs of stakeholders, particularly the changing preferences of students regarding sporting opportunities, the ISA Heads of School have agreed to initiate a strategic review of the ISA Sport Program.

As a member school of the Independent Sporting Association (ISA), we are participating in this strategic review and we are inviting your participation and input.  This research will inform the ongoing commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our community, particularly the changing preferences of students regarding sporting opportunities.

To facilitate this process and provide an independent perspective, the ISA Board has engaged McCrindle Research to assist with the necessary research in ISA’s strategic review. As part of this review, McCrindle have prepared a survey to be completed by parents/caregivers and students themselves. The data received will not include any identifying information and will be used only in aggregate.

The survey, which can be accessed through the attached link, will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and will cover themes such as your satisfaction, expectations, and sentiment toward various elements of ISA.

Your feedback is valuable to us, and we look forward to using it to guide ISA into the future.

Good luck to Nick Gladen

Year 12 student, Nick Gladen, will be travelling to the Gold Coast to participate in the Australian Swimming Championships next week.

We wish him all the best for a great meet and look forward to hearing of his achievements upon his return.

We foster creativity by providing the players technical building blocks & encouraging creative actions in developmentally appropriate games. Our games are designed to be fun, challenging and to reward success and risk-taking.
