Term 2 Curriculum Days 

June 6 & 10   

Please note that students are not required at school on Friday June 6 and Tuesday 10 June, we will be operating to assist parents. Please see below for the full price costings (before CCS).  

·        Full day (7.30am – 6.00pm)        $85

·        Morning (7.15am – 12.30pm)    $50 

·        Afternoon (12:30pm – 6.00pm)   $50 

Breakfast and afternoon tea provided (BYO lunch and morning tea)

Kelly Sports

Staffing Update 

We would like to let our families know that Jess will be finishing up with us soon as she embarks on an exciting new adventure with Camp America. We thank Jess for her energy, care, and dedication, and we wish her all the very best in this next chapter. At the same time, we’re pleased to welcome Helena to our Outside School Hours Care team. Helena is currently studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood and Primary Education and brings a warm and enthusiastic approach to working with children. 

Sign Out Reminder

We kindly ask that once you have signed your children out of OSHC, you ensure they and any siblings are being actively supervised. It becomes challenging for our educators to manage the environment when children are running in and out of the service or engaging in disruptive play after sign-out. 

This not only creates additional mess and safety concerns but also raises important duty of care issues. We appreciate your support in helping us maintain a safe and respectful space for everyone.

Child Safety

At OSHC, child safety is always a top priority in everything we do. As part of our ongoing commitment, we are currently engaging children in regular discussions about who they can go to for help and support. 

We have also introduced child safety-focused meetings every 4–6 weeks, and we are in the process of reviewing our Child Safe Policy. We welcome any feedback from families as we continue to strengthen our child-safe practices.

Kiosk Pin Numbers

Just a friendly reminder that each person listed as an authorised contact on your child’s enrolment form will have their own individual login for the Kiosk on our iPads. They simply use their mobile phone number and a unique PIN—there’s no need to share your own details. 

This process helps us maintain accurate records of who is signing children in and out each day. If an authorised contact forgets their PIN, don’t worry—it can be quickly and easily reset by our OSHC team.
