P & F News

JOSIE SERVELLO

The much-anticipated trivia night has come and gone, and what a fantastic night it was! Sponsored by Anthony Zaita, Senior Financial Planner, alongside the generosity of many other businesses, the P&F committee was able to successfully host this event.

It was such as joy to see so many parents from Foundation to Senior, with the school staff engaging in a friendly competition of trivia, some dancing, coin games and live auctions. The generosity of our school community still surprises us, and we are certain that we have raised many funds (TBA shortly), which Manuela will put towards the upgrade of our school’s Junior playground.

Thank you first and foremost to Ian Moore (our trivia host) and Jana Marin (P&F Trivia Lead) who were the main organisers behind this event. Thank you to all the P&F members, school staff and parents who contributed their time and effort to assist with organisation, set-up and clean-up of this event. And last, but not least, thank you to all our proud sponsors for the evening (see below).

Here are some happy snaps from the evening – thanks for attending and we look forward to hosting a similar event in 2025 😊

Learn how to make homemade Italian Frittole with Paula Calabro on either Monday 19th August OR Wednesday 28th August. Paula is closely affiliated with St. Fidelis Primary School, having sent her own children here (back in the day) and now a proud Nonna to her grandchildren at our school. Paula runs Frittole making classes at the Veneto Club and we are lucky enough to have her share her expertise with our school community.

Only $30 per person, limited to 22 people per class, tickets have been released on QuickCliq.

  • Venue: St. Fidelis Staffroom.
  • Start time: 7pm.
  • Finish time: Approximately 8:30pm.

Paula will teach the craft of Frittole making followed by taste testing (YUM!) and each person who attends will also leave with their very own batter of Frittole to make at home. A glass of champagne provided on arrival, too! We hope to see you there!
