Share Your Skills to Help Build Our School

Calling on the OLHC Community: Share Your Skills to Help Build Our School

Dear OLHC Community,

As we continue to grow and strengthen our school, we recognise the incredible wealth of skills and talents within our own community. This initiative comes from a recent discussion with our School Advisory Council (SAC), where we identified the potential to tap into the diverse expertise within our community to further enrich our school.

We believe that by working together, we can create an even more vibrant and thriving environment for our students and families. To this end, we are reaching out to invite you to register any skills or expertise you may have that could assist us in various aspects of our school operations. Whether you are a tradesperson such as an electrician, plumber, builder, or gardener, or possess ICT skills like social media management or website development, we would love to hear from you. Additionally, if you have any other specialised skills or are simply willing to volunteer your time - perhaps to cover books in the library or weed the garden - we encourage you to share them with us.

Please take a few moments to fill out the Google Form linked below, where you can register your skills or availability. By doing so, you will be helping us identify resources within our community that we can call on for advice, support, or potential employment as the need arises.

Your contributions, big or small, can make a significant difference in enhancing the learning environment and experiences we provide at OLHC. Together, we can continue to build a school that we are all proud to be a part of.

Thank you for your ongoing support and commitment to our community.

Warm regards,

Rudy Vail
