Social Issues Project
Year 10 THRIVE students are currently working hard in their classes to develop an action plan to address a relevant social issue.
We were lucky to have Deb from Bayside Community Emergency Relief and Janet from BayCISS to speak at an assembly about their work in the local community. Both organisations work hard to provide information and resources such as food and toiletries for people in need. Students will reflect on the information presented to them and aim to apply this to their own project before they present their research and action plan to the Year 10 group.
