LACROSSE STATE FINALS
Good luck to the girls Year 5 and 6 Lacrosse team, who this Friday take part in the State Lacrosse Finals at Albert Park. I am sure you will all join me in wishing them luck! Go for it girls!
Mentone Beach Lifesaving Program
This week we embark on our Beach Lifesaving Program for Years 2 to 6. It is going to be a wonderful program and certainly a very important life skill for all our young 'beach goers!' I am sure they will all have a great time, led by Mentone lifesaving club.
A massive thank you to all the parents who have volunteered to help on these days!

FREE Hockey Session @ Mentone Hockey Club
After doing a few sessions of hockey at school over the past 2 terms, Mentone Hockey club are offering FREE hockey sessions. If anyone is interested please see the attached flyer. You can also come and have a chat to me or email me if you need further information
School Sports Victoria Rep Program 2024
As we get closer to the end of the Year, some of you will be aware that students can nominate for School Sports Victoria in a wide range of sports. This is a great opportunity for some of our young sports stars. The closing dates for each sport will be posted on the SSV website (Link below) and this varies, so please keep a check if you are interested

PLEASE NOTE: - In the following sports it is very, very competitive and students need the endorsement of our Principal and myself. In addition the students need to be of a very high level, usually playing in Division 1 is a good guide. These rep trials are not just 'to have a go' unfortunately, and so nominations need to be taken seriously. Please read the following before applying:
