Engagement & Wellbeing

New Gear in the Playground!

Our soccer goals on the oval, which arrived earlier this year - thanks to fundraising by our amazing canteen team - now have their nets!

We’ve also added portable footy goal posts on the synthetic turf out the front, thanks to a grant from AFL Schools, giving our younger students additional fun with their kick to kick. The grant also included some footballs, which will be distributed to classes this week.

The students are absolutely loving the new additions!

Casual Sock Day Thanks & First Aid Training Ahead!

A big thank you to everyone who took part in our Casual Sock Day last week! It was fantastic to see so many bright, quirky, and colourful socks worn with pride as we recognised "Thank a First Responder Day". Your gold coin donations were greatly appreciated, and we raised $446.15 which will go directly to St John Ambulance to support their important work.

We’re now looking forward to welcoming the St John team to school this Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 June to deliver free First Aid training for all students. Each class will take part in a 45-minute, age-appropriate session designed to:

  • Teach essential first aid and emergency response skills
  • Build confidence in handling emergency situations
  • Strengthen a sense of community and gratitude

Thank you again for your support.
