We look forward to welcoming you to come and enjoy a day out at this year’s Carlsruhe Fair, with lots of food, activities, stalls, entertainment and fun to be had at the Woodend Primary School Carlsruhe Annexe. Please see below for more important information, as well as a quick run-down of what will be on offer!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Please sign up to help out on the day for a few hours at one of the stalls, food venues or activities. It’s a fantastic community day, to meet people, help us make a successful and smoothly run day, and if you can sign up with a friend!

RIDE WRISTBANDS
This year the Fair Committee have engaged with a new rides company, and have organised 5 rides that assure lots more rides for everyone on the day! These include:
Fantasy Island jumping castle, Chair-A-Plane Ride, Megaxtreme inflatable obstacle course, train and a giant slide. We are offering to buy wristbands ahead of the Fair so that kids can come along and enjoy them straight away. Prices are below, more details and purchase them on Qkr!

Garden stall donations:
We are now gratefully accepting any plants you may have potted up (or bulbs you have dug out 😊) at the following times:
- Thursday 14 November (8:30am - 4:00pm)
- Wednesday 20 November (8:30am - 4:00pm); and
- Thursday 21 November 8:30am - 4:00pm)
If you can, please clearly label the plants before you drop them off.
The trailer will again be parked on the corner of High St and Owen St.

'CARLSRUHE FAIR BLEND' COFFEE BEANS

Together with Raf’s Roasters in Lancefield – the best in the biz – we have developed our very own Carlsruhe Fair Blend of Coffee Beans. This is a rich and bold coffee thanks to the synergies of Arabica beans from Brazil, Colombia and Papua New Guinea. It exhibits nutty, malty and caramel flavours, complemented with soft acid, and has a wonderful texture with a voluptuous mouthfeel and a long aftertaste.
- The 250g bags are $15 each, with 30% donated back to the fair fundraiser.
- Bags can be collected on the day of the fair (23rd Nov) or collected from school after fair day.
When placing your order be sure to select the 'Store Pickup – Carlsruhe Fair' option as the delivery choice, otherwise there will be a charge for postage. This will also ensure the fair receives the 30% donation.
You can choose beans, or a specific grind, depending on how you will be creating your coffee. Bags of beans will also be available to purchase on fair day but unfortunately not ground beans. Get your order in and enjoy the best coffee in the Macedon Ranges.
