Swimming Program 2024

Hola familias de Newlands, 

We are super excited to kick off our swimming program next Monday!! This is a fantastic opportunity for students to develop essential water safety skills and boost their confidence in the pool.

We would like to remind everyone of some important details to ensure a smooth start:

• Permission forms must be submitted by tomorrow. This is essential for your child to participate in the program and board the bus to the venue. Unfortunately, students without a signed permission form will not be allowed to attend the swimming sessions.
• Please remember that the payment ($80) is due by Friday 6th December. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to the school office.
• For Non-Attending Students: Students who won’t be attending the swimming program will be placed in other classes and remain at school.
• What to Bring: On swimming days, students need to bring:
  • Swimwear (to be worn under clothes before arriving at school)
  • Goggles 
  • Towel
  • A separate bag for wet items
  • We kindly ask that all items be clearly labelled to avoid any mix-ups.
