UMatter

What a wonderful year of kindness we have experienced at Essendon North this year. Our students continue to develop their UMattitudes (an attitude of gratitude), each and every day, by looking out for each other and showing kindness. We also celebrated our fifth UMatter Day last month which was a huge success and such a happy day.

As we head towards the Christmas and holiday period there are plenty more opportunities to spread UMattitude with family and friends. To help you with this I have attached a December Kindness Calendar from Action for Happiness

UMatter encourages you to reach out to the people that matter in your life and tell them why they matter to you. Using your UMattitude to show people why they are important might help them when they are feeling sad or lonely and make all the difference.

Remember that every day is UMatter day, so take the time to appreciate the people in your lives that matter to you. Don’t forget to tell them and spread lots of UMattitude.

Warm regards,

Mrs U
