P&F Dates to Remember

Monday 18th November – P&F Annual General Meeting 9am – 10am School Hall.

All Welcome!

Nomination Forms for executive positions can be found at the Office and are due back before the AGM.

Regular meeting to follow at 10am.

All Executive positions will be declared vacant and available for nomination to members of our school community. If you would like to nominate someone (or be nominated), the nomination forms are available from the school office. Signed nomination forms must be submitted to the school office by Wednesday 13th November.

Tuesday 10th December – End of Year Christmas Concert and P&F Thank you BBQ

The children are already preparing for the Christmas Concert Extravaganza!!! Not to be missed!!

BBQ 5pm to 6pm

Christmas Concert 5pm – 7.30pm

P&F will provide a free BBQ from 5pm – 6pm and icy poles for all in attendance, ensure you complete the Operoo so we have a good idea of numbers please.

There will also be cold soft drinks and water for sale, cash or card accepted.

Tuesday 17th December – Last Day of Term Bake Sale and Crazy Christmas Hair / Clothes Day

Kids can come along with their Crazy Christmas Hair and casual clothes for the last day of the year.

We will run a Bake Sale at the first break – donations are greatly accepted.

All items $2.00 each.

As we come to the end of another year of P&F fundraising we want to send out the most heartfelt THANK YOU to all of your St Bs families, friends, staff and the wider St Bs community. What a successful year we have had in not only raising much needed and appreciated funds for our beautiful school but also building and cementing the relationships that make our beautiful school community truly, one of a kind!!!

LADIES DAY WRAP UP!

Another fabulous Ladies' Day Event has come and gone. Thanks to Sonia Danister for all of her hard work and effort in pulling this event together with the full support of our P&F, The St Bs Staff and Tony at Collective Gisborne.

Our many sponsors helped this event be so successful and we look forward to working with them all again next year.

Bigger and Better is our motto!!!

We were able to raise a fabulous $3,520.00 profit!!!! Whilst nurturing the fantastic community of women in this wonderful School of ours. It was so great to see so many familiar faces and also welcome new ones to the mix. We make note of Nicola Connors and her incredible support of this event that she created years ago. For it to still be such a huge fundraiser all these years later is testament to the work she did in kick starting it all. We look forward to welcoming those families leaving our school this year back to our event next year and for many years to come.

Leah Hickey was our $1000 Last Woman Standing Winner, it was a great contest and we look forward to next year again already!

Congrats to Carlie Fava who took home best-dressed, thanks to the lovely flowers from the Kavanagh Family, everyone looked fantastic!!!
