Grade 5/6 Gala Day

On Thursday, 7th November our grade 5/6’s took part in the interschool sports gala day.

Our newcomb, rounders, cricket and tchoukball participants played at Edinburgh Gardens, whilst our basketballers ventured off to the State and Hockey Netball Centre.

Our students played 8-9 games and did our school proud both on and off the field with their behaviours and actions.

Our division 1 cricket team were undefeated throughout the tournament and took out the cricket grand final.

In newcomb our 2 division 1 teams made the grand final with FNPS 1 winning a thriller 15-12!

Basketball was a very successful outing with FNPS 1 taking out the flag and going through undefeated. FNPS 3 also claimed the ultimate glory!

We had 3 division 1 teams in tchoukball with FNPS 2 losing the grand final by 1 solitary point.
