Principal's Message
Mrs Kaileen Carr
We are looking forward to our annual Presentation Day Assembly on Monday. Students are required to be at school as usual on Monday morning and attend class so that teachers can mark the rolls. Once the rolls are complete, the students will be transported to Bathurst High by bus. We ask that all students are in school uniform. All students will need to catch buses back to school after the assembly. If you are picking your child up early, we ask that you do this from Eglinton once the students have returned from Bathurst High so they can be signed out at the office.
Stage 2 had a wonderful day exploring Wellington Caves on Tuesday. They were given the opportunity to explore ancient landscapes, walk a fossil trail, see the Japanese Gardens and walk through the Cathedral Cave.
A reminder that on Friday 6 December students can wear free dress and bring in a donation for the Country Fair.
Kinder to Year 4 - clean jar filled with fun kid-friendly items (no food items please). If you don’t have a jar, please just bring something to fill a jar with, eg - hair ties, cards, mini toys, $5 note.
Years 5 & 6 - please bring in 1 or 2 bottles of colourful soft drinks for the icecream spider stall.
The Country Fair committee are already working extremely hard to organise this great event to support our school. Please ensure your child wears enclosed shoes and brings their school wide brimmed hat. Please do not send your children in singlet tops or mid drift tops.
Just a reminder that all students finish on Wednesday 18 December and will return on Thursday 6 February 2025.
