Principal's Report

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are now well over halfway into Term 4 with lots of events now focusing on supporting students transition for 2025. Our Grade 5 students have began their process in working towards leadership roles while the Grade 6s are full steam ahead with preparations for Graduation.

This week we held our second 2025 Foundation Orientation session where our future students spent time engaging in learning activities in the classroom spaces they will be utilising next year. Across the school our other students participated in an internal transition program to support a smooth transition through the school.

Last week, our Grade 3-6 students completed their Water Safety program for the year. The students had a great experience learning skills and strategies to keep them safe around water. Thank you to our staff for their coordination and flexibility in managing swimming alongside our regular learning classes.

Finally our Grade 5/6 Team All Star Boys basketball team competed in the regional finals. Despite facing some tough competition the team went undefeated on the day and progress to the State Grand Final Day in early December. Thank you to all the parents who assisted on the day!
