German Exchange Students
We are looking for some more families to host one or two German exchange students from Sunday 30 June to Monday 15 July 2024. The students will be 16 to 17 year old girls, but all families in Years 7 to 12 are welcome to host. If you are interested, please email Mr Desmarchelier at jdesmarchelier@clayfield.qld.edu.au.
World Challenge Trip - Nepal December 2024
There are still some places for the Nepal trip from 1-15 December 2024. If your child is in Years 10 to12 and would like to go on the adventure of a lifetime, please email Mr Desmarchelier at jdesmarchelier@clayfield.qld.edu.au.
Term 1 School Photos
Studio Kirby have advised that our Term 1 School Photos (Individual and Class) are expected to be delivered to the College next week (Week 5) for distribution to students to take home.
Winter Uniform
Next week, in Week 5, the Winter uniform will be compulsory.
Student Entrepreneur Opportunities
The Student Entrepreneur Weekend is a fun, dynamic event taking place during the last week of Term 2. Funded by the PMSA, participation is free and will give students the chance to collaborate with students from other PMSA schools, hear from industry experts, and put their problem-solving skills to the test.
Participants will team up to devise innovative solutions to real-world business problems. At the end of the weekend, they'll pitch their ideas to the industry partner who will judge which proposed action plan is the most effective. The winning team will get to explore their ideas further in collaboration with the participating organisation.
Elevate Education
Elevate Education is a study skills provider who presents to our Year 7, 8 and 9 students as part of our Wellbeing and Foundations program. In Term 2 they will be offering four webinars to parents on a variety of topics.
These are:

- Wednesday 22 May 6:30pm - Help Your Child Prepare for Exams
- Wednesday 5 June 6:30pm - Help Support Your Child During Exams
