Buddies

We have started back into Term 2 and are so excited for what lies ahead! Without a doubt, one of the things which the Foundation students look forward to most is, buddies! They were already asking when they were going to see them on the first day back! This week, our Grade 6's joined us in the GP room. We were so excited to go here, particularly being the first time visiting for our Foundation students. We had a small tour, and then got stuck into some games. Our first game involved using our bodies to create letters of the alphabet, or numbers. It was challenging, hilarious and so much fun! We had some brilliant ideas as you will see in the pictures captured below. We ended our session with a game of Musical Statues. We gave out house points for those who had the best moves and the best freeze! We had a ball, and we can't wait to come together again next Tuesday! 

Respectful Relationships

This week we have been looking at 'Super Strengths'. We had discussions around our differences and that we all have varied strengths,  and things that we are good at. We all shared what we felt our Super Strengths were, and created super heroes with our strengths represented in pictures. See some of the fabulous work below.
