Requesting treats for the PFA Staff Thank You Morning Tea - 12 June

All Kilvington families are invited to deliver a plate or container of goodies to Junior School or Main Reception from 8.00am next Wednesday 12 June for the PFA Thank You Morning Tea for teachers and staff. 

 

Students may also like to include a note of appreciation to share with the teachers on our 'Wall of Gratitude' on the day.

 

You may bring in some finger sandwiches, slices, scones, sausage rolls, cupcakes, cookies, tarts, pastries or mini quiches – the list is endless! Please include a label with your donation and indicate if your food is gluten free, vegan, dairy free, etc. No nuts please.

 

All reusable and named containers, platters, plates and stands will be available for collection from Main Reception from 2.00pm.

News from the Secondhand Uniform Shop (SHUS) - 20 July

The next opening of the SHUS will be on Saturday 20 July from 9.00 to 11.00am in Dalton Hall.

 

Please note: This will be the last opportunity for families to drop off all uniform items for consignment sales. After this date, only blazers, the winter tunic and winter skirts will be accepted. Other uniform items in excellent condition and freshly cleaned will be accepted as donations.

 

The PFA is currently investigating options to recycle old and worn uniform items, and information about this will be shared as soon as possible.

2025 Fair Kick-Off Meeting

The next Kilvington Community Fair will be held on Saturday 22 March 2025. That’s a date to get in your diary ASAP!

 

These events involve the whole school community, so the PFA will hold a special Fair Kick-Off Meeting on Tuesday 6 August from 7.00 to 8.30pm in the Multipurpose Room, Sport Centre. The committee will run through all the roles and responsibilities and share timelines and volunteer opportunities. 

 

If you are keen to help coordinate a stall, help on the day, or would like to know more, we'd love to see you. Everyone is welcome - the more the merrier! Drinks and nibbles will be served, and regular PFA business will also be conducted at this meeting. Please see the agenda posted on KCEE closer to the date.

Plans are already underway for events to celebrate Kilvington’s wonderful dads and special friends!
