Michael Ymer is coming to OHR!

We are excited to share with you that Michael Ymer, a highly regarded Maths consultant, will be running a parent session during our Classroom Information Night next Thursday, 8th February. On the night he will share his expertise while answering the questions regarding Prep to Year 6:

• What is my child learning in mathematics?
• How can I help my child become an efficient problem solver?
• How do children best learn mathematics?
• How can parents promote quality thinking and learning?
• How can I help my child in mathematics?

Everyone is welcome and strongly encouraged to come along!

Parent Teacher Conversations

Parent/Teacher Conversations for students in Years 1-6 will be held via Google Meet on Wednesday 7th February (3/4JW & 5/6MB), Monday 12th February (all 1/2 classes), Tuesday 13th February (all classes) and Wednesday 14th February (all classes). The interview dates and times are spread out to hopefully give parents a time and date that suits as well as avoiding having to finish school early on a specific day.

Interviews are strictly 10 mins and if you require more time or a different date, please contact your teacher directly to make alternative arrangements.

You can return to www.schoolinterviews.com.au at any time, and change your time/s - until the bookings close on Monday 5th February at 4pm.

I will also email out a reminder email with the Google Meet Codes on Tuesday 6th February.

Please note, students will still finish school at 3:15pm on these days.
