It’s been a fantastic start to science in our new Discovery Centre.

Students had fun learning about and blowing bubbles. Fynn in 5/6 took the honours of blowing the biggest one!

5/6’s have begun a unit on electricity. During the first lesson they learnt about simple electrical circuits and batteries by taking apart a torch.

3/4’s are investigating temperature and chemical changes. They engaged in measuring the temperature of different things in and around the science room.

Foundation students are learning to look at things in the world around us with the story ‘Tiny Wonders’ and through ‘magic windows’.
