Student Report

Welcome back! Students and Staff of Tarneit Senior College, we are pleased to see so many known and new faces attending school every day approaching their studies with a genuine desire to learn, reconnecting with friends, and developing a profound relationship with teachers. 

Since the commencement of the school year, we have had some exciting events that have taken place. The year 12 cohort were able to receive their long-awaited leaver's jacket on the 9th of February, with many walking in them with pride and honour as seniors of the school. Love was in the air on the 14th of February as students were able to order gifts such as roses and teddies for their special someone. Our amazing wellbeing team has organised a meaningful space for all students to enjoy called ‘The lounge’, filled with engaging activities throughout the days of the week. On the 16th of February school photos were taken with everyone looking glamorous; sports competitions and tryouts have begun for anyone interested and last but not least applications for our new leadership positions are now open and yet to be decided. 

As we wrap up this edition of our school newsletter, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our incredible students, parents, teachers, and staff for your hard work, dedication, and support. We acknowledge the collective effort that everyone has contributed to the school community, your work does not go unnoticed, and we sincerely encourage everyone to continue to foster a community where kindness, resilience, and respect thrive.
