College correspondence will be sent via email.

All families have previously received an email to update student profiles.  A separate email was sent for each student, to complete the medical forms specific to that child.

Once each student profile is up to date, families can follow the instructions in the email to set up the Consent2Go app, where you can add all family members under the one family profile, making it easier to track permission forms.

Thank you to families who have already completed the update process.  We ask families who have not updated student profiles for each child, to do so as soon as possible.

Please contact the College if you require assistance.

Uniform Expectations

We thank families for their continued support in upholding our uniform expectations.

Our College Uniform Guide is available via the College website.

Key reminders:

  • Students are expected to wear full academic uniform each day unless they have timetabled PE or Sport

  • Academic and PE uniforms are not to be mixed

  • Hats are required outdoors from Term 3 (Week 7) to ANZAC Day

If your child is out of uniform on any day, please provide a note (or email) to their TA explaining the reason and indicating the date they will return in full uniform.

Individual Health Care Plans & Safety Plans

To ensure we can best support students at school, could families please inform their child’s TA teacher if their child requires an Individual Health Care Plan or Safety Plan.

We require plans for students who:

  • Have severe asthma, type 1 diabetes, epilepsy, or allergies that may progress to anaphylaxis

  • Have a medical condition that may require an emergency response

  • Require health care procedures to be administered at school

If you are unsure whether your child requires a plan, please contact the College Office or your child’s TA teacher for guidance.

Personal Digital Device Policy

A reminder of the Catholic Education Sandhurst Personal Digital Device (PDD) Policy.

This policy outlines that students must keep their mobile phones and other digital devices switched off and away all day. Students must not access their devices during the school day or a school activity (except in an emergency or when necessary to manage a medical condition).

If you need to contact your child, please do so via the College Office, as students should not be using their devices whilst they are at school.

If a student is found using a device at school without school permission, it will be confiscated and stored at the College Office and the following steps will be taken.
