Premier’s Reading Challenge
23rd of February until 18th of September 2026
The Premier’s Reading Challenge (PRC) has started!
If you have registered to participate you will receive your child’s log in details. Please keep these in a safe place! Remember to record books that your child has read either on the paper booklet or directly onto the PRC website. Students who are registered for the challenge are encouraged to find books on the PRC booklist during their borrowing session. You should see a PRC sticker (red, green or blue) on the front cover of the library books.
Library Lovers Month
This month students have been reflecting on the reasons why they love the St Xavier’s library. Some students have participated in blind book borrowing and others have enjoyed sharing why they love the library. Some reasons include;
- There’s so many books and it’s such a friendly and quiet space.
- I get to borrow books to take home and read with mum.
- I love reading and it’s so peaceful.
- The library is peaceful and easy to read a book and relax.
