College Leadership Team

Dear Parents and Caregivers, 

A key focus of our improvement work this year is strengthening how we collect, analyse and use data relating to student learning, engagement and wellbeing. We are currently in the process of forming a Data team. This group of skilled staff will support the interpretation data to drive improvement in these areas.

Data is more than test scores. It includes classroom assessments, attendance patterns, student feedback and wellbeing surveys. We use this information to identify strengths, recognise students who may need additional support or extension, and to evaluate whether our strategies are working. You can expect teachers to speak more explicitly with students about their progress and next steps. 

We encourage families to join these conversations at parent–teacher–student conferences. When we all look at the same evidence, we can make better decisions to support each young person.
