Wellbeing
A Year of Growth in the Counselling Space
2024 has been a remarkably busy and rewarding year in the counselling space. It is encouraging to see more students reaching out for support when they need it, recognizing the importance of well-being. The Wellbeing team has worked diligently to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable discussing their challenges and finding the help they need.
A special thanks goes to Olivia Frank, our Student Wellbeing Leader, who has been instrumental in organising and promoting key mental health initiatives such as R U OK? Day.
As we reflect on the year, we are proud of how our staff have enabled students to connect with the counselling space, as well as the openness of our students in seeking help. We are also proud to be part of a school community that prioritizes wellbeing and fosters a culture of care and compassion.
With the holiday season upon us, I extend warmest wishes to all families. May you find joy in the festive spirit, and may you share this warmth and kindness with those around you.
Best Regards,
Nitleen Kaur
