NAP Opt-In 2025 Assessment: Science Literacy and Civics & Citizenship 

This is a reminder that Year 10 students will participate in the NAP Opt-in assessments for Science Literacy and Civics and Citizenship this term. These assessments measure student performance against national standards, providing valuable data to support the review, planning, and enhancement of teaching and learning programs.

The NAP Opt-in Civics and Citizenship Assessment will take place on Wednesday 21 May 2025, followed by the NAP Opt-in Science Literacy Assessment on Thursday 22 May 2025.

NAP-ICT Literacy: Sample Test

Each year, the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) conducts a sample assessment for Year 10 students in civics and citizenship, ICT literacy, or science literacy.

This year, twenty Year 10 students from Applecross Senior High School have been randomly selected for the ICT Literacy assessment, scheduled for Monday, 19th May. Selected students should have already received a notification email with the necessary details.
