Self-care spans across many areas of our lives. From physical and mental well-being to emotional, social, spiritual, creative, organisational, environmental, cognitive, and self-compassionate care, there are endless ways to nurture yourself.
This month, I'm keeping self-care simple and sustainable.
Instead of daily prompts, I have switched it up and am offering 7 gentle suggestions you can return to anytime throughout the month. Whether it’s one a day or the same one on repeat, the focus is on what feels right for you!
Take what you need, leave what you don’t—and remember, asking for support is always a form of self-care too. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or need someone to talk to, please don’t hesitate to reach out to professional services.
