St Simon District Athletics Team
Congratulations to all students who have been selected to be part of the District Athletics team! We wish them all the very best as they compete on Friday 9th May at Knox Athletics Track. Go St Simons!

St Simon District Athletics Team 2025
Selection within this team is based not only on the times and distances collected from our Year 3-6 Athletic Day but through tracks and field skills and measurements obtained within the Physical Education program. In addition, previous times and results from last year’s District Athletics competition will be taken into consideration during the selection.
TRAINING:
Training sessions for specific track and field events will be conducted in the following days (dependent on good weather). An Operoo email message will be sent to all parents if a session needs to be cancelled or relocated to the school hall due to poor weather conditions.
2025 Cross Country Team
Congratulations to all students listed below who have made it into this year’s St Simon the Apostle Cross Country team. The team selection process was given much consideration and is based on stamina, form and time based skills collected from both the Physical Education program, House Cross Country day. Prior time based data from Interschool Sport events have been considered as part of selection of the team.
All teams are subject to change according to the needs of the school team. Time are approximations and dependant on weather and flow of the event

EMERGENCY COMPETITORS LIST
Emergency competitors listed below will be used in the event a student is ill or unavailable to attend the District Cross Country event. These will be at the discretion of the Interschool Sport Coordinator. Payment for the event is only required if you are listed in the St Simon the Apostle 2025 Cross Country Team listed above.
