A message from the Principal

I would like to thank everyone for the great support we had at the parent teacher interviews on Tuesday afternoon. The interviews were very busy with many fantastic conversations about all the levels of engagement that students are experiencing in their classes. If you were unable to make the parent teacher interviews, I still encourage you to reach out to your children’s teachers for conversations.

I am very proud of the engagement and behaviour displayed by our students at last week's ANZAC day services and then this week’s full school assembly. The students were a credit to themselves and the respect they showed.

It is never a slow week at Balmoral in sports with highlights from the effort put in by our netball teams and the Lytton district trials for football. I received communication from a member from another school about how helpful and polite our students were in making sure they were okay and knew where to go during the trials. 

To top the week off, we have had a fantastic cross country with the weather holding off just long enough. Keep an eye out for the new House mascots that arrived just too late for the event today.
