Mundijong Police update

From Mundijong Police Station Officer-in-Charge, Senior Sergeant Richard Moore.

New cadet at Mundijong Police Station

Mundijong Police are happy to welcome on board Cadet Rueben STEENKAMP.

On migrating from South Africa, Reuben arrived in WA as a four-year-old, and 15 years later commenced with the WA Police Force in our Cadetship program.

Rueben is following his father’s career in WA Police and hopes to be a Detective and selected for the Tactical Response Group (TRG) one day.

Rueben is super fit and has been selected in the Under-19s program with the Western Force - let’s hope a premiership is his one day. You will find Reuben out with police officers listening, learning and asking lots of questions to assist his goal to become a police officer.

You may see Reuben at shopping centres collecting evidence for the police for investigations.  Feel free to say hello as he’s a champion person with a bright career - both professionally and in the sporting field - ahead of him.
