Cooking with Dr Buti

From Serbian Sarma to Polish Pierogi, Tony and his guest uncover cherished dishes passed down through generations.

Dr Tony Buti MLA is the State Member for Armadale and Minister for Citizenship and Multicultural Interests, and has been on a journey to discover WA’s culinary diversity, learning traditional recipes from different cultures through his multicultural cooking video series.

I wasn't a lot of help when I tagged along as my wife, Cam, taught Tony her family recipe for Vietnamese chả giò (spring rolls), but I was very happy to put my hand up when it came time to taste the final product!

Check out Tony's video below and try them yourself.
